Bill and Mick of the Clarencourt met up with Gareth, Alex and Rohan of Phoenix, Rode over to Horton where Paul White was waiting along with another rider Bill(2). Some contraversy over the number of riders in the group was had, with Alex claiming additional (phantom) cyclist.
Took a route through Ashtead park and 30 Acre Barn to Leatherhead’s finest Cafe where Micky tucked into his normal Full English number 1 gut buster (not sure what you put it Micky).
On return the group split up, with some riders returning directly via Epsom Common while Bill, Paul and Gareth opted for (or were tricked into) a longer route back via Crown Estate and Claygate.
The original “social” ride turned into a bit of an epic. 😊

Good ride, good route, and away from the Easter crazy crowd stuff.
It was also nice to meet a few new faces from the KPRC.
