Paddling around IOW with Alex.
I’ll be there unless it’s absolutely bucketing it down. The forecast I’ve just seen is for the odd light shower so I’m hoping it will be okay. I notice the North is going to get a months rainfall in the next 24 hours ……. it’s grim up north!
Just checked the BBC weather forecast for Lower Kingswood for the next 5 days. It says it will be Sunshine, Rain Showers, White Clouds and Dark Clouds every day, which is exactly the same as they said for the last 5 days. Basically they haven’t got a clue and are covering all the bases. Bring back Michael Fishface that’s what I say. The one thing they are sure about is that it will be pissing down up North, which is a good thing because I’m sure they can do with some more up there!!! Billy
The BBC weather website http://www.bbc.co.uk/weather/2633767 suggests that it won’t be raining between 10 and 1 at Dorking and Wisborough Green. My guess is that it may be ok in epsom at 9. I’ll be at the organ then. Mark
the forecast has changed overnight! – looks now like there will be rain
