This year’s Christmas lunch is at the Haywain in Dorking Road Epsom, booked for 2pm on Sunday 19th December. Two courses £12.99 or three courses £14.99 plus £1 tip per person. There will be a £10 subsidy by the Club. for everyone. Therefore the cost will be £4 or £6 for two or three courses respectively plus any optional extras you want.
Usually we have a short ride before lunch and go home to change for the lunch and collect partners. Some people go directly to the venue.
If you would like to come could you please email me (trevorhughes1@gmail.com) with your meal selections from the attached menu including any optional extras. Stating also any allergies or special eating requirements anyone may have and, if having a steak, how you would like it cooked – rare, medium of well done. I will then complete the official booking with our orders.
