Five riders out this morning on a gloriously bright Spring day. Bill Kent, Bill Martin, Tracy Caudle, Trevor Kite and myself leading.
Route, Horton Country Park, Epsom Common, Prince’s Covert’s (near A24 Malden Rushett) Stoke D’Abernon, Cobham Downside and finally over the M25 car park to Signal Hill on Ockham Common.
In Prince’s Coverts the muddy clay was thick and clingy. Clods stuck to the wheels and we sank in places.

A nice sunny elevenses and then back via a flooded, boggy Wisley Common, the River Wey, Thames and Thames Ditton, Claygate, Chessington South then home.
