Welcome to the new Clarencourt CC website!

Welcome to the new site.

If you are looking at pages that are a little out of date then my apologies but I wanted to get it “live”, I will update the time related pages as soon as possible and there should be enough content to give you all the rides in July by the end of the weekend. I will be taking a break between the 7th and the 14th so will be arranging a “training and Q&A” evening on my return. Please feel free to comment!

  1. Thanks for getting the new website designed and up and running. It must have been a monumental task and it will undoubtedly help the club enormously.

    Thanks Again Steve. Andrew

  2. Well done Steve, I think that you have done a really good job with the site. Let’s hope that it fills up quickly. Do we pass items for consideration for the site to you?

    All the best

    Ev

  3. Beware of cyclists going the wrong way on a one -way street.
Stepped across a cycle lane near the Old Bailey to ask directions from a stationary cabbie (looking for the Magpie and Stump) when I was hit by old guy on a road bike. I was fine except for a cut ankle but he was all over the road, picked him up, also his bike and was solicitously checking him for any wounds when I realized that the stupid bastard was going the wrong way down the street, that was why I had not seen him coming.
To add insult to injury the bike he was riding was an old hand-painted steel job with shifters on the down tube.
If I am going to be hit by a bike I expect at least a carbon PInarello or Colnago.
