Joined Richard Williamson and ten others at Brockham for very pleasant SAS ride to Billinghurst for lunch, recommend the baked potatoes and the blonde waitress with the big personality.

yes, it’s me again the A24 Kid, covered 150 miles last week after long lay off and quads feel dead, any suggestions/exercises/drugs for improving their mobility?
